INSPIRATION and PURPOSE
PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS is intertwined with our founders vision, mission, and core values:

Unapologetically, our first mission and priority is to be the best possible example of Jesus Christ we can and know how to be to every person we encounter. We strive to operate in pursuit of the kingdom and character of God above all else (Matthew 6:33) because we have seen and experienced His grace, mercy, redemption, blessings, and promises fulfilled in our family firsthand. As God led us to take the first steps in multifamily real estate the most prominent resounding phrase we heard is "Jesus is the greatest treasure anyone could hope to find". In light of this truth, we will never elevate currency, real estate, or wealth in all its forms above knowing and experiencing Jesus Christ. Quite frankly with humble conviction, we believe they aren't even on the same playing field and diminishing what worthiness we can ascribe to Jesus would be a disservice to humanity and this business. Therefore, at the very beginning of this endeavor, we asked God, if our heart, vision, or mission ever deviate from this foundational truth, to either provide course correction or responsibly dissolve this LLC. Ultimately, we hope and pray you partner in and with Jesus before you ever partner in and with PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS.

Family is our next greatest priority. In order to achieve our goals of a healthy and balanced family lifestyle we prioritize quality time, healthy diets, quality schooling, and a home located in a safe environment. All of these goals are influenced by financial restrictions and Multifamily real estate, when operated correctly, is a great occupation to alleviate financial restriction. It generates passive income and the deals we partner in will always project substantial earnings and returns.

Our investors and tenants are our final major priority. Principal Partners are the backbone of our endeavors and we strive to deliver with a premium investing experience. As savvy investors ourselves we understand the feeling of putting hard earned capital in the hands of general partners and we will deliver the services we expect from our own investments. Providing a great rental experience help provide renters the opportunity live a healthy, fulfilling, and improved lifestyle. As Multifamily property owners, our goal is to provide a safe, peaceful, affordable, and blessed semi-permanent home for our renters and their loved ones or friends.

MEET THE TEAM
CALEB RAPP
Managing Partner
Syndication & Investor Relations
Caleb grew up in a military family with 3 siblings, and primarily was raised in Colorado Springs, CO. Caleb earned his bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from Colorado University - Boulder and has since completed his Professional Engineering License in Civil/Structural Engineering. Caleb's wealth of knowledge and skillset in understanding the structural components of a multifamily building, as well as working with contractors to complete needed upgrades are an asset to his work in founding PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS. Caleb's primary focus is nurturing Investor Relations from start to finish of a deal, as well as managing the day to day administrative functions of the business.
Outside of PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS, Caleb is dedicated to serving at our local church, often leading the worship experience and providing security support at church events throughout the month. Caleb is excited for the opportunities that PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS is providing to bless our family, our community, and our partners throughout the entire business.
KRISTIN RAPP
Managing Partner
Acquisitions Operator
Kristin grew up in Pueblo, Colorado with her sister and parents. After high school, Kristin attended Colorado State University receiving bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies. Prior to PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS, Kristin’s career was focused on the non-profit industry, working in several capacities with families in challenging times. During that season, Kristin also obtained her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. Most recently, Kristin led several teams at Children’s Hospital Colorado focused on Patient-Family Experience. Kristin is excited to bring the wealth of knowledge from her education, as well as career to PINIONS PRINICPAL PARTNERS to find and acquire multifamily investments that improve the experience of tenants, while also delivering on the commitments we make to our Investing Partners.
Outside of her time spent with PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS, Kristin is focused on raising our children, building a home full of love and joy, and learning new skills such as mastering gluten-free sourdough bread! Kristin is excited and thankful for the opportunities that PINIONS PRINCIPAL PARTNERS is providing to our family; giving us more time to spend together, teaching our children the value of hard work and commitment, and the ability to give back to our community and serve others.
